Ark Hostel - Osaka

The location was super convenient, just a short distance from the Shinsaibashi Shopping Arcade, where we shopped till we dropped. The hostel had video-game consoles, which kept us entertained for hours. It was like being in our own gaming den!

The only thing missing was a dedicated party room or a rooftop terrace where we could have some epic parties with fellow young travelers. It would have been the icing on the cake for our stay at Ark Hostel.

We had an amazing stay at this budget hostel. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the subway station. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. We loved the easy-going atmosphere and met some great fellow travelers. the facilities, including the bathrooms, were well-maintained. Plus, the nearby convenience stores and dining options were a bonus. It was a truly memorable experience.

That towels were not provided, but this was a minor inconvenience.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Ark for 3 nights while exploring the city. The beds were spacious and perfect for both of us. The room had ample storage space and small lockers for our belongings. Despite arriving after 11pm due to flight delays, the staff still accommodated our check-in. The location, right next to the station, was convenient. We appreciated the provided body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The staff were friendly and helpful, even suggesting places to hang out while waiting for check-in. a great experience that exceeded our expectations.

had a great weekend stay in osaka. ark impressed me with its convenient location, modern fixtures, and amazing staff. sachi went above and beyond to accommodate me, and the communal fridge and ladies-only toilet were added bonuses. highly recommend for english-speaking travellers!

Some rooms even had convenient amenities like a clothes rack, slippers, and wireless internet access, which added to the overall convenience. The individually decorated guestrooms were a treat, with microwaves and DVD players for some entertainment on lazy nights.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shared bathroom setup, but I understand that some guests might not mind it at all.

I chose Ark Hostel for its convenient location near the Nakanoshima Park, which I really wanted to visit. The option of late check-in was a pleasant surprise and allowed me to explore the park without feeling rushed. Additionally, I really enjoyed the complimentary English breakfast served daily at the on-site bar.
